Ethan's best friend is Mikey. His 2nd best friend is Jake. They play everyday at school and after school a couple times a week. They can't get enough of each other. Mikey and Ethan both have pretty dominate personalities and it's more like a love/hate relationship. It's funny and a little annoying. Anyway, Ethan and Mikey have had lots of sleepovers together and Caleb and Jake's little brother, Jayden have felt left out a little bit. So, Mikey's mom, Nikki who is awesome, so fun and sweet planned a sleepover for all 5 boys. 5 BOYS. I told her she was crazy. She has 2 older girls, only 1 of them home and then Mikey so she didn't mind and is just that kind of person. Loves a busy, loud house full of people since it's always so quite now. Needless to say, the boys were in heaven.
They played with sidewalk chalk, did bubbles, went to the park, went in the spa, went out to dinner to Red Robin (she took and paid for them all!!) movie marathon and had an Easter egg hunt for them. I was so grateful for her generosity. They boys didn't want to go home when I came to pick them up!
Since the older boys were gone, Fred and I went on a date. My visiting teachers daughter needed service hours for Personal Progress so the babysitting was free and it was only Asher she needed to watch. We went out to dinner and had a wonderful time. I was so grateful for that time I had and the quiet we had for a little bit. But of course, I missed my babies. I especially missed tucking them in at night and mushing them before bed. :)
At the park. It has water squirters so that's why they all had no shirts on.
Cuddling up to watch movies.
Chillin in the spa
Date night ready!
