Fred and I recently celebrated our 7 year anniversary! I feel like it's been a lifetime we've been together, but I don't mean that in a bad way. We've done a lot in 7 years. I'm happy to report that he's been moving up with each new job position and making more money. We've moved 4 times, and had 3 kids in 5 of those years.
We've had our struggles and life changes but we're still going through it all together and are committed to one another. Fred has taught me more in 7 years than I thought I could ever learn. We have our differences but I think that's what makes us work. I love him with all my heart and am glad to go through this life with him with all it's challenges and joys.
We plan for our 10 year to go on a big trip to Europe so until then, anniversaries are going to be kinda low key. We went out to dinner to a very swanky place that was mucho bucks. But it was good and fun. We hung out and walked around the Irvine Spectrum until our table was ready. It was a super long wait but we didn't really mind since we had time.
Fred got me beautiful pearl earrings, the movie Les Miserables, and candy. I got him a really nice relaxing chair for him to study and lounge in. It was something he really wanted. Fred is a good gift giver and the joke is that I'm not that great of one. Any jewelry he gets me is so beautiful and is perfect for my skin tone, eyes, etc. He really thinks of it all. I'm so lucky to have him.
