Trick or Treating

The actual holiday finally came! The boys were SO excited to go Trick or Treating. Our neighborhood doesn't get tons of trick or treaters but the good thing is they don't really come past 8pm which is great for us. The boys were in different costumes than from previous events. Ethan was a killer mummy, Caleb was a pirate and Asher was Frankenstein. I got the costume from Goodwill! It is so cute. I lucked out because I found the top piece alone in one section and found the bottoms in a whole different section! Good thing I kept searching. I think Asher will be able to wear it again next year. It was a little big on him this year. They had tons of fun and Asher was done about 20 minutes in. He liked getting the candy but was saying he wanted to go back home with mommy. So, we came home, got in pajamas and passed out candy together. He loved doing that. More than getting the candy, I think. The older boys weren't gone too long after we came home. Guess they were done too.

Also, my kids are super tired at bedtime and since it was getting late, they were just tired. I'm blessed in the fact that they go to bed really well at bedtime since they are just so tired. It was fun and I love their ages and how they are so into holidays. It's just so much fun.
