Asher's Chuck E. Cheese Birthday Party

We celebrated Asher's birthday at Chuck E. Cheese in Valencia so we could celebrate with family. Only a small amount of our families could come but we still had a fun time. I made Asher a 'Wreck It Ralph' cake since that's his favorite movie. Then we gave him a Wreck It Ralph action and the Wreck It Ralph book. My parents got him shoes, a shirt and some toys. Fred's parents gave him money and Emily gave him bubbles and beach toys.

In total, it was Nama, Bampa, Uncle Jake, Nana, Papa, Lindsey and Emily with Logan. Afterward we checked out the shelter in Castaic and then drove home. It was easy, simple and fun. I can't believe Asher is 3. And he's totally potty trained. He rarely has accidents. That heavens because if I had to do  both him and Buttercup full time, 24/7 I think I would die. I don't really need to worry about him so much anymore.

I was so happy Emily could come. I hadn't seen her in months and months. We exchanged Christmas gifts and she gave me a Origami Owl necklace with little charms inside. It was so sweet and thoughtful and I love it. She's like 6 1/2 months with baby girl Addison. That's so weird to me. I miss her all the time and wish she lived closer. I am so thankful she's such a good friend.
