This particular trip was a leave after lunch, stay whenever kinda day. Lazy, kill some time kinda day. Caleb was fine and 1/2 way through our time there, he was getting quiet but I thought he might be tired. Then he became lethargic and that's when I felt his head. He was hot. We went to First Aid in CA Adventure, took his temperature, got some medicine and left. We were there for only 3 1/2 hours but Caleb needed to go home and rest. He had a 103 fever. Even with his sickies, we still had a fun time. Caleb and Asher fell asleep on the way home. Caleb woke up a couple times in the night but in the morning was a lot better. Asher woke up once and puked but then was fine. It was a weird evening...
I did however, win Ethan a Timothy the Mouse stuffed animal! Yay!
Since the first trip ended early on Monday, we decided to go back on Friday. It was a much better day. Since it was the last Disneyland trip before school starts, we splurged a little. I got them Trading Pin Starter Sets (they became obsessed and wanted to trade again and again), Dole Pineapple ice cream and we even stayed to watch Fantasmic/Fireworks. It was a long day & night. We had to stay and hold at our spot for 2 hours for Fantasmic but they did pretty well. I had to ask people to watch our spot while we took potty breaks. Right after Fantasmic ended, we walked over to watch the fireworks but Caleb and Asher were passed out. Caleb begged for me to just go home before he fell asleep. So, Ethan and I enjoyed the show. That was fun. I think it was a good last Disney Summer day.
