My 10 year high school reunion was a few days ago. That is so weird to me. Anyway, a friend of mine from show choir had mentioned that it would be fun to do a show choir reunion instead of going to our actual reunion. I totally agreed. I would much rather see people who were actually my friends rather than just see people I went to school with. Long story short, it went from planning this whole big formal thing to meeting at In N Out on Hamburger Hill (our hold hang out in Santa Clarita) and going to a friends house after.
Since Fred's family does a Thanksgiving dinner the day after the holiday, we decided to do the reunion that day. Plus it was the day before the actual 10 year reunion so we thought people would still be in town. About 20 people came including our old choir teacher, Mrs. Hart!
It was SO fun to see everyone. I had some of the best years of my life with these people and it was just so awesome to see them again. I loved high school so much. It was the best for me. It was awesome to see what everyone is up to and where their life has taken them. Some are doctors, lawyers, nurses, on Broadway, teaching etc. SO cool. Of course everyone asked about our boys since they are my life now and asked if we were going to have any more.
Although I couldn't go to Katrina's house after, I'm so glad I organized this whole thing and got to see everyone for a few hours. These people have such a special place in my heart!
