Ethan turned 9 yesterday! He had a bit of a birthday weekend since his birthday landed on a Tuesday. On Saturday, he went on a morning hike with Daddy. Then he did Color Me Mine where the boys painted a ceramic object of their choice. Then we met up with Nana & Papa at BJ's for dinner. They gave him an art set with tracing paper and canvas's. He really wanted that for his birthday.
Tuesday he choice breakfast for dinner and wanted key lime pie. However mid pie, he decided he doesn't really like key lime pie all that much. Ethan and Caleb didn't either. Now we know, the kids don't like key lime pie. haha! Then he opened his presents. He got Legos, candy, Harry Potter Pez collection, Monopoly card game and later tag. His favorite was the Harry Potter set... the least expensive gift. Oh, that boy.
Here is an overview for Ethan at 9 years old...
-He loves to draw, paint, color or anything that relates to any of that.
-He is a fabulous student and very smart.
-He loves to read. Especially at night in bed.
-His favorite color is red.
-His favorite food is buttered noodles, broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts and tomatoes.
-He still hates cheese and beans (except green beans).
-His best friend is Jack Karakash.
-His favorite book is Harry Potter.
-He loves to watch TV, play Minecraft and play on his Nintendo DS.
-He likes to boo stick, ride his scooter and jump on the trampoline.
-He's very cautious with his money and doesn't like to spend it.
-He doesn't like doing his trash job every night (but who does?).
-He is very helpful with his brothers & sister.
-Is very diligent with his school work, does his homework with very little help & tries his best at school.
-Loves to be outdoors, explore, hike and collect rocks and sticks.
-Hates to be late to anything and stresses about if we're on time, all the time.
We love our Stinky Linky and are so glad he is a part of our family. He is growing into such a great young man.
