Macie just turned 4 months a few days ago. I can hardly believe it. It seems so much longer since she's been here but at the same time, it doesn't seem like 4 MONTHS have gone by. I took Macie to her check up the other day and she is 10lbs 4 1/2oz which means she's less than 1% for her age and she's 23 1/2 inches in height (13%).
Macie sucking on her fingers, watching her brothers (but doesn't like it when they get in her face), nursing, kicking, trying to hold a bottle, getting out of swaddles, bath time and cooing to mom and dad. She's in size 1 diapers still, and 0-3 month/3month clothes. She eats every 2-3 hours. I try to nurse her as much as I can and supplement with my pumped milk when needed but my supply is dwindling. She will usually wake up 1x in the night around 3 or 4am. She can hold her head up a bit when on her tummy and has learned to take her pacifier out. Once in a while she's able to put it back in too! She's gone out with mommy and daddy on a date night 2 times now. She celebrated her 1st St. Patricks Day and Valentine's Day.
She loves to sit up and see what's going on. Likes to be held but also let free when she's done being held. She has tried little bits of sweet potato and chocolate (thanks to daddy). We'll start her soon on rice cereal. She still spits up a ton. We call her: Mace, Mace Mooie, Macie Moo, Moozer, Mooie, Macie Mae, & Baby Sissy.
