Caleb's Soccer Game

Caleb had a soccer game on Saturday. During the 3rd quarter, the coach called them over and briefed them on what to do. We were losing pretty badly...6-0. After the coach talked with them, they all headed back to the field. All on their own, they huddled up and started giving each other encouragement and positive reinforcement. It was so sweet. They were saying things like, "Come on you guys, we can do this" and "Run up the line, they won't be able to get us then!" and "You guys are doing awesome. Keep it up!" It was amazing. And then I thought, I'd rather Caleb be on a losing team and encourages one another and has a positive attitude than on a winning team that doesn't work together in that way. I was so proud of him for being one of the boys that had everyone huddle up. They lost the game but I was SO proud.
