Caleb went to the San Juan Capistrano Mission for his field trip. It's a trip they do in 4th grade. I was able to go with Ethan when he went but wasn't able to go with Caleb this year since Fred couldn't take off work so I could go. Thankfully, one of my mom friends went and took some pictures for me of Caleb on his field trip! I was so grateful she did that! Caleb had a really fun time and loved seeing all the weapons in the weapons room. He said that the chapel was very pretty and decorated with lots of statues. We talked a little about how they depicted Christ and I'm glad he said that he was very reverent and respectful because it was a scared place for the mission. I love that my kids get to go on such exciting trips and they are places that are so close by!
