The day of Ethan's birthday, we didn't do much. Dad was working and we were planning on celebrating the next day with everyone and his friend, Mikey Hill. Ethan requested corned beef and cabbage for dinner which is one of his favorite meals. Fortunately it is a crock pot dinner which made it easier for me since we also found out on his birthday that our fridge is busted. We had to go to The Home Depot to took at a few that evening and things were melting faster than we could keep them frozen. It was a little hectic the whole day trying to figure out what was wrong with it. After the store, we picked up some apple pie and ice cream for his dessert. Luckily, Dad came home not long after that. Ethan opened his gifts, we had dinner and ate pie with ice cream. Here is a list of what he got for his birthday:
-$20 from Nama and Bampa
-$30 from Nana and Papa
-Voldemort's wand, a Gryffindor t-shirt, Avenger's action figures
and 11-20 Hardy Boys books from Mom and Dad
-A snitch and Barnes and Noble gift card from Mikey Hill
He loved everything he got but his favorite was Voldemort's wand. This was like his Harry Potter Birthday! We sure love our Stinky Linky!
