Sunday Christmas

We had our Christmas Sunday service today. It's my favorite Sunday of the year. I love having our family dress up in our Christmas Sunday best. I get to hear our extremely talented organist play the most beautiful Christmas music. It's just so amazing to hear. It reminds me of the birth of our Savior and is a great reminder of what Christmas is really about. It's simply my most favorite Sunday of the year! If we ever move from the Mission Lake Ward, I will deeply miss our organist, Brother Robinson. He is such a gift and I deeply appreciate his talented that he so freely shares.

Today I was reminded that I need to be better about teaching my children the stories of Jesus. I want them to get to know their Savior as much as I have. I want them to understand a little bit more how much our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ loves them. His birth is so special to me and has become even more so now that I am a mother. I have such admiration for Mary. I hope I can be the kind of mother she was.

Happy Christmas Sunday!
