Caleb and Asher just completed their final mile for Marathon Club at Legoland. We usually leave and don't go to Legoland after but this year we decided that we would stay since we only had to pay for me to go in. Luckily, Caleb and Asher's friends, Jackson and Anders stayed too and we hung out with them all day. I'm sure we would have left earlier if they weren't with their friends. They had a great time. After our run, we had to wait until the park opened. Thankfully they still had booths open and the DJ still playing. The boys got up and sang Baby Shark during the Diaper Dash. It was hilarious.
Asher was finally tall enough to go on rides alone which was really exciting. Most times Anjanette (their mom) and I would watch them while they went on rides. It's a little sad to think that this is Caleb's last year doing Marathon Club. It was out of the norm for me to be the one taking them instead of Daddy so I got to be the fun parent for the day! It was nice to spend time with these two. I don't do it very often and should. I enjoyed being able to have a friend with me that day. It made the day really fun. We stayed all day and were so tired when we got home!
