Renaissance Pleasure Faire

At the beginning of the year, I told Fred I really wanted to go to the Renaissance Faire. I had seen people share pictures of when they had gone before and it always looked so fun. Tickets weren't too expensive and we had found a day that we were free for us all to go so we bought tickets and bought outfits because if we were going to go- we were going all in. Luckily I have the type of family who will nerd out with me on this kind of stuff and were excited to dress up and go.

We didn't really know what to expect and it turned out to be SO fun. Everyone had such a fun time and absolutely loved it. We rode the giant swing, did archery, ate lots of yummy food, walked around looking at all the crafts and the best part was seeing everyone in their costumes. People go ALL out!! Everyone loved Caleb and Ethan's costume. Especially Caleb. He was the only Black Knight. Everyone kept coming up to him and quoting the movie and taking pictures of him. It was epic. We saw a few King Arthur's and some Links too which were fun. There was something for everyone there!

Everyone wants to go back next year and I'm all about it. I would love to! The only thing we missed which we'll have to see next time is the knights jousting. We didn't really pay much attention to when certain shows were happening but now we know for next time!

HUZZAH!
