After the Dolphins meet, we went to Chris Searcy's memorial. Chris had been close friends with Fred since they were in high school. Unfortunately, Chris was diagnosed with stomach cancer and within a few months of fighting, he tragically passed away. He passed away back in February but his memorial was put off until June. Fred was able to catch up with his old buddies and swap stories which was healing and therapeutic. We will really miss Chris. He was a good guy and so nice. He was taken way too soon and it's not right or fair. Thanks for the memories, Chris.
