For Independence Day AKA 4th of July, we had lots of fun! We started out watching the parade with my brother Travis and Macie. Caleb, Ethan and Asher slept in but Ethan did come for the end of it. Caleb had work mid morning until mid afternoon. Once Caleb was done, he met up with the rest of us at the pool. Travis stayed for lunch at the pool with us and then headed out. Ethan and Caleb did silly and fun relays with their friends and all 4 kids did the family relay. We came in 2nd place. Asher did relays with his friends too. Then we came home and had THE BEST ribs we've ever had from Fred's Treager. Once it started getting dark, we had a block party and set off all the fireworks we didn't get to use the year before because the cops came to shut us down. It was such a fun day! I realize how lucky we are to have this special set up with our neighborhood and its always such a blast.
