For my birthday back in June, Fred gifted me tickets to see Moulin Rouge in November. The day finally came to go see it! We were even more excited to see it because we saw the real Moulin Rouge in Paris. We heard the play was different than the movie in regards to the music so we didn't really what to expect. It did have some of the music from the movie but it also added more recent & up to date music throughout the play. We ended up LOVING the play! The main character, the guy who plays Christian, was by far the best male performance Fred & I have ever seen in ANYTHING. He was flawless & his performance was so moving!! We both cried multiple times. The show was so beautiful visually & really moving. I love that we can do things like this together. It was such a wonderful & fun evening with best friend.
