For Memorial Day weekend, we decided to be spontaneous and go to Vegas! We woke the kids up in the morning and said, "We're going on a trip!" They were so excited and had no idea where we were going. After 4.5 hours, we got to Vegas. We stayed at Treasure Island. We walked the strip, went to some shops, ate and relaxed. They loved seeing everything. The next morning we swam, had lunch, dessert, walked the strip again and went to see the Tigers, dolphins and jaguars at The Mirage. It was small and pricey but cool. After, we came home! After 6 hours driving, I was SO happy to be in my bed. It was a quick, fun, packed trip and the boys loved every minute of it and didn't want to leave.
Sometimes it's nice to be spontaneous like that! We're making fun memories!
