Macie just turned 3 months old. She is 24 inches long and I think about 9.5-10lbs. We put her in her crib a few nights ago that is in Asher's room to see how she'd do. Asher has been sleeping in Ethan's bed with him while she's getting used to being in a new crib. So far, she has done so well. She wakes about 3/4am and I feed her. Then again at 6am but I usually can rewrap her and give her her pacifier and she'll sleep another hour and a half after that.
She has discovered her fingers and has grabbed her toes a few times. She likes to suck on her arm and fists as well as put her hands together. She likes to be sat up and watch whats going on, especially with her brothers. She likes to watch them a lot. She can now be entertained by her swing and play mat more which is nice for me. She recognizes mom and dad and doesn't like being held by other people. She wears 0-3/3 month old clothes and has to be swaddled in order to fall asleep. She nurses but I still give her formula periodically. I also pump so she can take a bottle and not get so attached to just me. The boys don't like when she cries and want her to always stop immediately by saying, "Mom! Macie's crying! Do something!"
We are all so in love with her. The boys love showing her off and telling people about her. I can't believe we lived life without her. We missed her but just didn't know at the time what we were missing. Funny how that it always works out that way. She completes us in every way. We can't get enough of her!
