Fred turned 34! The Sunday before his birthday, I decided to surprise him with Laker tickets. Kobe Bryant is retiring so I knew he would be super excited to see him play one last time, in person. We went to his 3rd to last home game at the Staples Center. Luckily, my friend, Nikki was able to have the boys sleepover so we didn't have to worry about them. Since it was General Conference, it worked out with church. So Sunday afternoon we dropped them off and headed to LA. We went to dinner and then watched the game. Macie did really well. She ended up falling asleep which was great. It was pretty expensive to go to the game since Kobe is retiring so I was nervous Fred was going to be mad I spent so much money but he wasn't. He said it was the greatest present he's ever gotten for his birthday!
