Fred was a real trooper and took the boys to the Father & Son's Campout while he was sick. The boys had been looking forward to it for a while and so despite not feeling well, Fred took them. And like a good dad he is, he took them down the trails and explored. Other dads were just on their phones, ignoring their kids, not playing them with so all the kids wanted to hang out with Fred and our boys. He is a great dad. I'm glad he's not like those other lazy, bad parents who dump their kids on people. I can't stand that and think its so rude. I would have said no to taking all those kids around to do stuff but Fred said yes. He's much nicer than me in that way.
The did games and apparently they all did pretty well! 2nd and 3rd place! Everyone was really happy to be home though the next morning. They were so stinky and smelly! I enjoyed a nice quiet evening alone which was heaven.
