Ethan's 4th Grade Hoedown

Ethan learned a lot about the Gold Rush and CA history this year. In celebration of that, the 4th grade had a hoedown where they showcased all the dances they learned and had a full day of activities following after. They "shaved", made flap jacks, mined for gold and other fun things. I loved watching Ethan do his dances. He was very serious about it and very focused so he wouldn't mess up. They did about 45 mins worth of dancing! At the end, parents got to dance with their kids which was fun. I wasn't able to stay and help the rest of the day but luckily some friends of mine took pictures for me! Ethan loved it!
