Trick or Treating!

We had a fun night Trick or Treating. We started around 7pm after we ate pumpkin stew. Both Fred and I went around with the kids and left our candy on the porch for people to take. When we got back to the house it was all gone! We went through the kids' candy and took out stuff to give away for the trick or treaters that were still coming. We went to a couple of really spooky houses... well the boys and Fred did. Macie and I stayed back. She totally got the idea of saying 'Trick or Treat', grabbing candy and then saying 'Thank you!' It was the most adorable thing EVER. Everyone loved our costumes and we got a lot of compliments which was nice. We saw another Wizard of Oz family too! The kids got a lot of candy and quickly got tired of carrying their loot. When we got back home, Macie and I hung out, handing out some more candy while Fred took the boys to another scary house.   Then everyone got bathed, cleaned up and costumes were put away. They were pretty tired. It was such great Halloween and honestly, my most favorite one since having kids. It is definitely one I will remember forever.
