This past week, the kids have had Cub Scout Day Camp. Every year we've done this, I'm reminded how exhausting it is. Part of it is just trying to find people to trade babysitting for and carpooling. I only went to be a volunteer for Tuesday and Thursday and that was enough. I love being with my kids but dealing with the rest of the boys and being up is so draining. This year was especially difficult because there is a boy in their den that is very hard and just horrible. I also had to babysit a baby for 2 days for 6+ hours who is difficult. We also had to get up super early and have everyone ready by 6:45am. I'm not really sure we'll be doing it again next year... But Caleb enjoyed me being there and Ethan enjoyed being a youth volunteer. Asher didn't like siblings camp because it was mostly girls and boys his age were in camp as a camper. I'm just glad the week is over...
