For Spring Break, we went camping at Leo Carrillo State Beach with the Champions. It was so much fun! The weather was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. During Spring Break, it was Fred's birthday. On the day of his birthday, we went down to the beach and then made peach cobbler and sang to him. He's a trooper. This isn't the first time he's had his birthday land on the kids' Spring Break.
We went to the beach everyday and saw so many things. We explored a lot of tide Pools and found an octopus, starfish, sea urchins, small fish, seals, dolphins and whales! We made lots of yummy meals, played lots of wiffle ball, had yummy s'mores by the campfire and had so much fun. Everyone gets along so well and it was just easy. Our family is definitely wanting to go back here to camp next year! Even though it is tiring and big prep to get everything ready for camping, it was worth it.
