A little while ago, we went did a mini trip to my parents house and went to the Santa Barbara Zoo since it was Charlotte's birthday. The SB is beautiful! It was so nice too because it was a cool 75 degrees versus the 104 degrees in Santa Clarita! I also paid a little extra for the boys to feed some giraffes. It was really cool. The only bummer was that you couldn't touch them or go near them at all. The lady in charge of it all was so strict. But we still enjoyed seeing them so close and feeding them.
The day before the zoo, Lindsey cut the kids hair. I mentioned that in Macie's 1st haircut but the other kids got haircuts too! Asher was very excited to get a mohawk and rocks it like no other kid I know.
At night the boys looked at the stars with Papa through his telescope. Macie also had fun with Nana when she got a bath in the sink. She started to warm up to her which was good. She doesn't really like strangers holding her and she doesn't really see my parents a lot so it was fun to see them together.
