This years Christmas was very different. Because I had surgery not that long ago, I wasn't able to do really anything. We didn't host Christmas Eve like usual so we went to Fred's parents house. That turned out to be bad for me and I was miserable and in pain. Then for Christmas, after we opened gifts and went to breakfast at IHOP, we came home and did nothing. Fred took the kids to McDonald's for dinner. It was just weird and I didn't like it. I also only took these 3 pictures which is very unlike me. I just wasn't in the mood for any of it and I'm pretty sick and tired of still being in recovery mode.
Anyway, Santa brought Ethan a vinyl record, Caleb got Call of Duty game, Asher got a planter bed box that he's been wanting for a long time and Macie got a Gabb watch which she can use to text and call us. We didn't have as many gifts to open this year because our main gift was Ruby. This certainly was a memorable Christmas but one I hope we don't relive again.
